Geoff, I just learned of your grandmother's passing. It sounds like she was the sky, encompassing everything. Like you, I've been a writer since I can remember. But writing has never served a greater purpose than in the preparation of my own mother's eulogy more than a year ago. All I know is that the words you have written will comfort you and your ability to express yourself so eloquently and passionately will help you greatly in this process. I still write often about my mother and sometimes to my mother, for it is only in this form that we can really express the depth of our emotions. I wish you the best in these challenging times and offer whatever another recovering soul can. -- Bridget

I live next door to my 85-year-old grandparents, so I found this lovely tribute to your grandma very touching. I am sorry for your loss. It sounds as if her spirit lives on in your heart.

Geoff --

So sorry to learn of your loss. As someone who also is close with her grandparents, I can't begin to fathom how you are feeling right now. I hope you'll find some solace in the fact that you have written a beautiful tribute to your grandmother.
