My company uses Sprint for its wireless service. Every time I call them to get a phone or change our service, I end up in some Dantean Hell that becomes a horrific 45 minute nightmare through 4-6 customer service reps who can’t help me. No issue ever gets done with one call.
Is it any wonder that Sprint is bleeding customers faster than damned water suddenly freed from its bondage? This company has to be the worst customer service organization EVER!
Some say Sprint’s fortunes are due to change. I sincerely doubt it. But then again, Sprinting Ahead can’t be hard when you are this bad. I can’t wait until our service agreement expires next February. GSM here we come.
