As CMO of Zoetica, I am proud to announce that we’ve partnered with Network for Good to create a best practice eGuide for corporate social good campaigns. We are launching this initiative at NTEN’s 2010 Nonprofit Technology Conference (#10ntc on Twitter).
Please take our two minute survey and inform companies on cause marketing best practice. We want to hear from you about your experience with recent cause marketing efforts and opinions about how they can be improved.
Survey results will be incorporated into the eGuide, which will be released in mid-May. Check back here for the latest information about the release or enter your email address at the end of the survey to be notified when the eGuide is available.
In our society, there are undeniable ecosystems that connect us all. This is true as individuals, as members of community bodies and causes, as employees and business owners, and as citizens of our respective countries. There’s no greater example of this “interbeing” than the growing trend of cause marketing. Increasingly, causes and companies rely on each other to affect change and market, respectively.
With the advent of conversational media, cause marketing best practices are now in the midst of dynamic change, something we Zoeticans have been discussing quite a bit on our blogs. We are thrilled to work on this research with the good folks at Network for Good. It’s our hope to affect a more conscientious approach to cause marketing that not only markets, but also applies real Theory of Change.
Working with nonprofits and with mindful companies that have corporate social responsibility and/or sustainability programs has taught me there are many stakeholders that want to affect change. By working together for best practices, we can find a path towards success.
If you feel the same way, please take the survey. And tell your friends about it!
